Q. How are orders shipped?
A. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Which ever is the best way for your destination. Standard charges apply. Do to the increased and fluctuating costs for delivery, all charges are approximate. We only charge for actual shipping costs, we do not charge handling fees. If your item is oversized, additional shipping charges will be charged to you card at the time of delivery.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. Our orders ship within 1-2 business days. Backorders are shipped as soon as they come in.

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes, we gladly accept any return. Simply email us with your return request at cncpayne@cncfurnishings.com and we will instruct you with the proper addresses and shipping methods to return your item. All returns must be made within 10 days of the date of delivery and be in the same packaging and boxes we shipped them in. We will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping charges) less a 20% restocking fee. Feel free to email or call with any questions. All custom made furniture is made at the time of purchase and can take up to 2 weeks to complete the order before shipping. Due to the fact that these pieces are made by hand at the time of ordering, there are NO returns or refunds on custom made furniture.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Q. What if I do not have a credit card?
A. If you do not have a credit card, email us at customerservice@cncfurnishings.com with your order. We will total it for you and then you will need to send a money order to:

Q. Do I pay sales tax?
A. Only if it is shipped to Virginia.
